EVENT TIMELINE 

  7:30 – Vendor Setup Complete 

  8:00 – Participant Registration Opens 

  9:00 – Opening Remarks & Stretch 

  9:15 – Staggered Start for Run/Walk 

11:00 – All runners/walkers complete course 

11:15 – Closing Remarks 

12:00 – Event complete, begin breakdown  

This event is for all ages and abilities. The return times of participants completing the 5k and 1-mile course will vary greatly. As participants complete the event, they will receive a donut and medal at the finish line and will be able to visit the vendor tables and event activities.  

PARKING/ARRIVAL 

There is an abundance of free, public parking in this area. Early, it is anticipated that there will be high availability of parking but please give yourself enough time to unload and bring any carts or other equipment required to move your items to the table.  

Runners and walkers will begin and end at the northern part of Crown Point Park near the children’s playground and public restrooms. The approximate location is shown on this map. 

SETUP 

Exhibitors may arrive as early as 6AM to begin setup. Setup should be completed by 7:30. 

Upon arrival, a table will be assigned and have your name taped to it.  

GiGi’s Playhouse will provide an approx. 10’x10’ ground space, one table, and two chairs. Vendor is allowed to bring their own canopy (optional). For safety reasons, be sure to have stakes to hold your canopy in place. Any additional structure needed as a booth must be provided by the Vendor. Vendor provides table coverings and any information or promotional materials to distribute.  

There will be a raffle; please consider bringing an item for us to raffle to attendees.

This event will be held rain or shine. No rain date. No refunds will be given.
