Take the GiGiFIT Acceptance Challenge and join us at NOW Arena on June 12th 2022 to celebrate acceptance and inclusion at our annual 5K, 1 Mile Walk for Acceptance and Dash for Down syndrome!! 

WE, the people of the Down syndrome community, are challenging YOU to move for acceptance – to prove that every person should be accepted for who they are. 

WHEN: Sunday, June 12th at 8:00 AM 

WHERE: NOW Arena (Formally Sears Center)  

WHY: To come together regardless of race, gender, diagnosis, sexual orientation, or religion. To celebrate universal ACCEPTANCE for all people.  

Day of Schedule:  

7:30AM - Check-in/Registration opens  

8:30 AM - Warm up led by local fitness group 

8:50 AM - Opening Ceremony  

9:00 AM – 5K Race begins  

9:45 AM – 1 Mile Walk For Acceptance begins 

10:45 AM - Dash For Down Syndrome begins  

11:15 AM – Fundraising Team Award Ceremony  

Registration Costs: All costs have event T-shirt included 

$30 - Adult Early Bird through May 1st  (Ages 13 & up) 

$40 - Adult after May 1st (Ages 13 & up)

$15 – Child Registration 

$30 - Virtual Early Bird through May 1st

$40 - Virtual after May 1st
